The use of the parking space was great and we were even able use it the next day after we had checked out. This I felt the biggest plus from this b&b. Whilst being quaint and olde worldy and in a good location my partner and I felt there were quite a few unredeaming features about this b&b. Firstly I was left waiting at the front door on the main road for quite a while, I was created by the helpful land lady who gave us a map and some directions to the castle etc, which was helpful. We were then taken to our rooms and given a bit of a lecture any the land lady who followed us into the room, something which i found weird! There was notes on everything so we could just read them rather than be dictated to.
The bed was comfortable and room and bathroom spacious but there was a huge gap at the top and bottom of our door onto the landing, this made it extremely noisey and felt like the people staying opposite were actually in our room! It also made the room very light at night!! And weren't allowed to turn the landing light off, due to a note!
The breakfast was average.
At 10.01 our door was knocked on with the land lady asking 'for the room back now, please'. We were literally just about to pick up our bags, we found this really quite annoying given that the note on the wall said 10.00 checkout time!
These are just some annoying factors which comparing this place to other b&bs we have stayed at, this place didn't compare, but location and free parking was good!!!
P.s we were in room 3.

Lovely rooms with a bit of character in an ideal location just a few minutes walk to the town centre. The service is excellent when we arrived we were given a map of the area and a list of recommended restaurants in the area.

Very nice breakfast in the morning with a lot of choice.

Definately recommended if looking for somewhere in the area.

Just returned from a two night stay to celebrate our wedding aniversary. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at, we loved the quirky little door into the bathroom, breakfast was really good I've not seen bacon rashers that thick for years. Ideal location for visiting the castle and town.

We decided to go to Warwick for a few days and booked via laterooms.com. We absolutely chose the right place to stay only 5 mins from the town and castle and 2 mins from Warwick horserace track. The room was lovely and immaculate and the service was second to none. Breakfast was included in the price and was lovely. Audrey and John were the perfect hosts and very friendly and knowledgeable offering tips on local places to visit and they have a parking space per hotel room which as very easy to get to.

Thank you for having us we would love to visit again.
