Unfortunately I had to cancel my booking on the day we were due to arrive because of a crisis at home. Mark was very understanding and refused my offer to deduct payment even though it was a very late notification. I will definitely make a point of staying at the Arden Park next time.

this hotel is in an ideal location for trains to stratford and situated perfectly for a short stroll into town less than 5 minutes from shakespeares birthplace.the facilities were adequate for a short break and is very clean great for couples visting stratford for weekend. mark was very helpful

This Guest House was spotlessly clean, comfortable and friendly. The decor was good and the advertising is clear and concise. Those who have expressed disappointment in the past about absence of a cooked breakfast should have noted that it only serves continental but there are ample helpings and decent freshly-brewed coffee in individual cafetiéres.
Mark, the proprietor goes out of his way to be helpful - his efforts with regard to a mislaid item were faultless.
The bedroom had a TV, tea-making equipment, a comfortable bed and pillows and soft, Egyptian cotton towels. It is handy for the railway, the Town Centre and the car park. What more could you ask?
If we are back in the area we shall certainly stay again.

My wife and I wanted a hotel close to all major tourist attractions. We were not disappointed as the guest house is 5 minutes from the centre . We stayed one night and on our arrival we were greeted by Mark who we found to be very friendly and helpful by pointing out the tourist areas and gave us discount vouchers to use. The car park is across the road from the guest house and literally two minutes walk away. Mark gave us a 24 hour parking voucher which cost £5.00. We were given a choice of two rooms and chose a very light and airy room at the top of the building. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The on suite although small was clean and adequate and the water piping hot. Although we did not have breakfast, what we saw of it looked very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Stratford.
