Excellently situated in the heart of Stratford,only a 5-minute-walk from the theatre, we enjoyed a beautiful room and a lovely breakfast.

A pleasant B&B, with parking. My wife and I stayed there for one night in April 2010, as I was running the Stratford Marathon.
Good location, with the town centre a short walk away. Tim was extremely friendly, offering an early breakfast (even on a Sunday) and allowing us to park the car in the car park for the entire day.
Good choice of breakfast options and rooms were comfortable, with en-suite facilities and tea/coffee making facilities.

Only slight criticism was that the shower wasn't very powerful and took a few minutes for hot water to come through.
Overall though, I would recommend this B&B.

My husband and three daughters stayed in two rooms in this guest house for 2 nights. Our rooms were cozy with nice bathrooms. Breakfast was great with a decent selection of cooked items. Stratford is a small town and the location is nice for walking everywhere. Even Anne Hathaway's Cottage is not a bad walk (with a walking path very nearby the inn). Tim was so friendly and helpful. He even drove us to the train station on the day of departure. We are so glad we chose this inn!

This place ticked every box. It is a couple of minutes walking distance from Stratford town centre, the room was clean and had an en suite and tea making facilities. The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was great with a good vegetarian alternative.

Depending on what you are looking for, It is a no frills place, one of the more basic places I've stayed in but it was perfect for what I wanted it for. It also had an extremely comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again.
