we came to stratford upon avon for an 80th birthday pary and had a job to find a reasonably priced b/b and our family had a small boy with them. most places wouldnt care for a child under 7 years staying but diane and iain were very obliging. rooms were lovely as well as breakfast. hotel overlooks a small park. only drawback was finding the drive around back to park the cars. would thoroughly reccomend a stay here.

This was my first time in Stratford-upon-Avon and I stayed here for one night after attending a friend's wedding. It was a wonderful place situated very close to the station (a few minutes' walk). Iain and Diane were very accommodating, even allowing me to check in early so that I could get to the venue on time. Everything was beautifully laid out, clean and tidy, with ample complimentary toiletries and amenities in the room to make things easy for the guests. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and extremely good quality food, very nicely prepared. You really couldn't ask for more at a price like this, and I would definitely return to experience more of what Stratford has to offer, and of course this amazing hospitality. Iain and Diane were very friendly. That was my first time in Stratford, do ive lost a bit, but they've called me and gave directions. The meeting was really sweet, they showed me everything and helped to find the place i was there for. Rooms are comfortable with everything you could need, also there are really big bads even in a single rooms. Location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from RSC and 10 from railstation.
That's ended with delicious breakfast(they can offer a vegitarian version of english breakfast) and lovely farewells. I will reccomend their house to my friends and will stay there next time as well.
