“Exceptional B&B 5 minutes walk from the town centre”

I have been staying here whilst on business in Stratford upon Avon and this is an exceptional B&B 5 minutes walk from the town centre. A warm welcome awaits from Iain and Diane nothing is too much trouble. The whole place is spotlessly clean and has a modern homely feel. The rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. The beds have crisp white laundered sheets and quilts with pretty covers making it feel extra special. The beds are large and comfy even in the single rooms. There are flat screen TV’s with built in Freeview and DVD players along with hairdryers and even a handy radio alarm clock. Towels are provided along with lots of extra special touches such as good quality shower gels, shampoo and conditioner, tissues, cotton wool balls and buds, luxury hand wash and cream, ample selection of high quality tea, coffee, hot chocolate sugar and sweeteners, bottled water and even a selection of boiled sweets are on offer in your room. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, full length mirrors everything to make your stay completely hassle free has been thoughtfully added. Breakfast is as good as any 5* hotel, served earlier if you wish, a selection of fresh juices, teas and coffees, fresh fruit, cereals, croissants, pastries, yoghurts and cheeses available that you can help yourself to but might I suggest that you leave all of that otherwise you won’t have enough room for the magnificent breakfast of bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, hash browns, beans and tomatoes followed by toast and marmalade, you truly won’t leave this B&B hungry! Oh and as an added bonus there is secure parking at the back of the hotel….. What more could you want?

Room Tip: All of the rooms are of equal quality

“wonderful overnight stay.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2012

we came to stratford upon avon for an 80th birthday pary and had a job to find a reasonably priced b/b and our family had a small boy with them. most places wouldnt care for a child under 7 years staying but diane and iain were very obliging. rooms were lovely as well as breakfast. hotel overlooks a small park. only drawback was finding the drive around back to park the cars. would thoroughly reccomend a stay here.

“A gorgeous, clean hotel with a friendly family welcome and perfect location near Station”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 January 2012

This was my first time in Stratford-upon-Avon and I stayed here for one night after attending a friend's wedding. It was a wonderful place situated very close to the station (a few minutes' walk). Iain and Diane were very accommodating, even allowing me to check in early so that I could get to the venue on time. Everything was beautifully laid out, clean and tidy, with ample complimentary toiletries and amenities in the room to make things easy for the guests. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and extremely good quality food, very nicely prepared. You really couldn't ask for more at a price like this, and I would definitely return to experience more of what Stratford has to offer, and of course this amazing hospitality. Thanks, Iain and Diane!

“Such a lovely place.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 October 2011

Iain and Diane were very friendly. That was my first time in Stratford, do ive lost a bit, but they've called me and gave directions. The meeting was really sweet, they showed me everything and helped to find the place i was there for. Rooms are comfortable with everything you could need, also there are really big bads even in a single rooms. Location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from RSC and 10 from railstation.
That's ended with delicious breakfast(they can offer a vegitarian version of english breakfast) and lovely farewells. I will reccomend their house to my friends and will stay there next time as well.
