Third time at Abbey guest house and yet again another great stay! Sadly my early start meant I missed a great breakfast! Look forward to my next stay.

We have stayed here on several occasions and each time we have had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is the best we have had on a bed and breakfast basis as there is so much choice and you can have as little or as much as you like! The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and provide a very comfortable establishment at a very reasonable cost. We will be back again in 2012.

If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming and excellent value Guest House, Abbey is your place. Its very close to Warwick University, and a stroll to all the local amenties in Kenilworth. Breakfast is fantastic, room comfy, and Hosting excellent! Will be returning! Thanks.

Myself and a work colleague stayed here to be close to Warwick University as we had an early start for the graduation. Breakfast was fine and we were able to have this early. Parking is a little odd as only the driveway or on road parking. Our room was quite small and had cracks in the ceiling but was clean and adequate.
