Great hotel in every way.
I work in newcastle a lot and had been looking for a good hotel all i can say is i've found one!
The staff are very friendly, curtious and helpfull, the rooms are great and furnished with quality touches.
Breakfast is always nice (best on a bacon day) and the evening receptions during the week are a really nice touch!
I`ve stayed in staybridges in the states and like the concept. Really glad to see them in the UK and even happier to say the UK one is better than the US ones!!
I have been staying here for the last few years and regularly recommend/suggest it to colleges and clients with out hesitation!
When away from home for long periods a nicehotel with good facilities and staff really make a difference!

Such amazing friendly staff. Todays is Valentines Day and they have put out lovley pink fizz,chocolates and nice nibbles for people to enjoy down staires, really nice treat to come back to end the end of long day.

From check-in to check out I could not fault any part of my stay. All the staff greet you with a welcome and smile from reception staff to the cleaners. The rooms have everything you could possibly need and not to mention the most comfertable bed i have ever slept in. The whole hotel is kept clean 24/7. I would not stay anywhere else in Newcastle now i have discovered The Staybridge Suites. I look forward to my next stay which will be my 4th time, which says it all really!

I stayed here with 5 friends for a weekend in newcastle to elaborate my 21st birthday! We had an amazing weekend and this was no thanks to the amazing hotel and staff! Dale, Pete and Carl are to name but a few that were exceptional and always happy to help! The rooms were absolutely spotless and VERy nice! I couldn't have had a better 21st birthday and staying in a nice hotel definitely puts the cherry on the cake! no problems at all and this hotel is exceptional! Friendly happy staff make a big impact on customers and these lot were just great! The location of the hotel was great it was a 5 min ride or 20 min walk into central newcastle! and the taxis are rather cheap! 5 min way from the quayside which is lovely to have a little walk along!
