Looked like rather a nice pub. Said we were staying and publican asked for the money in advance of seeing the room. We were lead to a chalet arrangement, 3 in a row, with 2 tiny twin beds. I asked if the heating was on (it was quite cold on that afternoon) he replied "Right" touched rad - stone cold. Discovered that the next morning's breakfast had been left for us - some croisants and packets of coffee and tea. Changed and went out to party in next village. At night we came back about 12 pm - it was freezing. I put clothes on and put my coat over the bedclothes. Barely slept. Come the morning thought at least a hot shower - no hot water! This is probably the worst place we have ever stayed in. The attitude was couldn't give a damn. There was area for lunches and dinners - how hard is it to fry up a bit of egg and bacon?
