- I have booked online due to proximity issues to the town center. My daughter needed to stay for two nights and I did not offered the option to upgrade to twin room for the two nights, eventhough the occupacy was law and they could offer that (I asked and got only one option - get an extra single room).
- A fox was in the bag yard at night one. The animal defecated on the grass and the stool were still there on day 7 when I was leaving.
- There was noone at the reception from 12:30 to 17:00 (not very convenient for quests)
- On the day before the last I asked the receptionist to book a taxi for airport transportation at 13:00. So he did. On the last day at 11:00 I was asked to check out because the staff had to clean the room for expected guests. If they were about to leave at 12:30 and come back to work at 17:00 it is obvious that they were expecting no one to come before 17:00. The occupacy was low and they could have allow for two more ours. Appart from that I know no other hotel that requires a checking out at 11:00 in the morning. As a result I was forced to take my taxi to the airport two ours earlier. The good thing was that I had two extra ours waiting time at London Heathrow Airport.
- Communication to town center was owfull especially on the weekend where no bus was passing for more than 45 minutes.
- Very poor breakfast options.
- Badly organised as I was asked to pay the bill for my daughters room which I did and then I was asked if I received a note about payment (apparrently no computer is being used for customer records - the bill was hand - written).
- Spider nets on the metal tables and chairs in the bag yard were giving a picture of an abandoned place.
