Only stayed for one night but found the staff to be very pleasent and helpfull.
Double room was a little small but very nice with everything we needed.
Even though hotel was on the main road we had no problem with noise and did
not have to use the earplugs that are left in the rooms.
The bar was very pleasent and breakfast also very good.
Will use this hotel next time i visit newmarket.

4 of us dropped in for dinner the night before the races. All staff were very attentive and the service was amazing - sadly you don't get that very often these days. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Glad we weren't staying in the hotel as the band struck up at about 9.45pm and after a long day travelling, we were ready for bed! The band were very loud and we left quickly.

Just come back from a group booking,11 of us just stayed in this hotel Saturday night after a day at the races.
We couldnt of asked for more,the hotel staff were very helpful and couldn't be more accommodating.

Who done everything we asked and even know we was quite a large and demanding group,she still managed to keep a lovely smile,I would defanatly recommend this hotel and staff,and hope to return again,the hotel manager at night was also a top bloke,sorry don't know his name,but he was there until the earlie hours of sunday morning,overall a gret hotel filled with lovely helpfull staff,in a word

I stayed for two nights whilst racing was on and thoroughly recommend the White Hart as a convenient and fairly priced place to stay. The room was on the second floor and very quiet, no problems at all from the bar below. The location was ideal for my purposes, within walking distance of Tattersalls and a good stretch of the legs from the racecourse. Breakfast and evening meals were excellent, as were the staff. Sky Sports was shown on large TV's in the bar for those of a sporting nature.

Upon arriving home from my visit and finding that I had left several items of clothing in my room within a couple of days they had been returned to me. I would certainly stay again when next having cause to return to Newmarket.
