This is a small family run hotel were Kevin and Julie cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We asked if we could check in before a wedding and get changed which was not a problem - providing that they know. Although they could not guarentee that our room would be ready one could be provided for us. however it was ready. The room was spacious, clean and recently refirbished.

Breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel for a long time.

As Kevin had finished breakfast when we wantted to collect our car the next morning he gave us a lift for no additional charge.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a home from home.

There are plenty of other places to stay in Newmarket other than this one. We turned up at this hotel and were so disappointed that we left.

It was worth paying the over-priced room rates simply not to stay there. Don't be fooled by the website. The pictures are very flattering.
