Very unhappy! room clean and tidy, beds rock hard, Polish workmen kept us awake all night slamming doors talking loudly, walking back and forth all night, i complained and nothing was done they told us to move even though my son was asleep, i particularly asked for a quiet room as id been driving all day and we were all very tired. Again at breakfast these men sat in a circle and made constant noise, nothing was said by any staff. Im disgusted by this, when i went to complain at checking out, the receptionist knew what i was going to say when she asked if id enjoyed my stay and i said NO, she said the workmen and tried to justify why they made a noise, Id never stay there again even though its the closest hotel to where my family lives i was visiting and due to stay there again at easter, but i now have to search for a different hotel that does not tolorate this kind of disturbance to decent customers. Hope this helps as im sure the other people who complained wont go back there again.
