We stayed earlier this month whilst attending a friends wedding and found the Foresters Arms to be perfect for our needs. The real gem though was Pat who made us and our small baby feel very welcome so much so we stayed another night. She could not have done any more for us. Thank you to Pat and her team.

I stayed at the Foresters arms in October 2010 with my husband. It was a cold winter but the roaring fire in the bar area kept us lovely and toastie. I had a fab time, the staff were nice but the landlady was lovely, She couldn't have went out of her way enough. The homemade lasagne was to die for, I cant wait to have some more when I visit again in May. I would recommend it to anyone but word to the posh, If your looking for champaign, strawberrys and a four poster bed this lovely little find isn't for you!! Just us real people.. A great little find - spotless rooms, friendly atmosphere, easy walk into Dunster and great breakfast. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived and I'm looking forward to returning soon. They even made me hot toddies for my cold before bed! Highly recommended.

Many thanks to pat,colin,emma,dave,billy,nelson (the parrot) and everyone else at the Foresters arms on behalf of all the lads that stayed during work on the community hospital. Great real ales, potent local cider, excellent atmosphere, cheap games of pool/jukebox, nice spacious room with freeview telly, plenty of hot water, tasty evening meals, an absolute gem and great value- I'll never forget my time here, thanks so much.
