Clean, convenient. Lovely, helpful hosts. Good fun. Small room, but very nice. Excellent, generous breakfast. House smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, but our room did not.

I will get the only problem/concern out of the way first and that is that the single rooms are small. However, they were clean, contained everything you could need and new towels and a refresh of the coffee/ tea facilities each day. The hosts are a lovely couple, extremely helpful and friendly. The location is superb, the breakfast was very good and it was good value for money. Bath is such a lovely city I will be back and will be staying here again.

My husband, myself, my mum and dad and my in laws all stayed at Dene Villa, over the weekend of the Bath half marathon, as we were taking place in the run. We had flown in from Madrid and met our parents here, to stay for the weekend.
The bed and breakfast was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the prices were very good. We especially appreciated the advice we were given by the owners daughters about the run! The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Te breakfast ws lovely, and the b and b was situated within walking distance to the tow centre. We would recommend this b and b and we will definately be returning in the future!
