“Would recommend this place to all”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 20 June 2011

Stayed with a group of friends at this place. Stayed in a twin room with an ensuite bathroom. The room was tastefully decorated and absolutely spotlessly clean. There were tea and coffee making facilities and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were friendly and hospitable without being intrusive. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The breakfast was out of this world. Had a good choice of cereals and juices, fresh fruit and bread. The bread was of good quality - either granary or white. You could also order a cooked breakfast which was freshly cooked (not dried out from hours of heating) with fresh ingredients. Will definitely return on all my future trips to Bath, business and pleasure!

“lovely little place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 June 2011

a clean and friendly B&B walking distance from town, we stayed in the family room. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. friendly staff who even made us a cooked breakfast even though we were 30 in late. Be warned... english breakfast ends at 9am even on sundays. would recommend and stay again. they also didnt demand that we book the min 2 night stay which most places in bath request.

“Small cosy B & B, close to town centre”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 April 2011

Had a nice stay here. The room was tiny (for 2 tall people it was a squeeze to move around) and the shower cubicle was a very tight squeeze! But the room was very clean and restocked tea/coffee daily and linen remade daily which is nice as some places don't do this. Bed was comfy.

The breakfast was nice and cooked to order.

Close to town centre. Would use them again as the parking space was useful.

“Excellent location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 April 2011

We stayed for two nights and found that the location was close to the majority of attractions in central Bath. This quaint B & B is on a busy road, but with the windows closed, we didn't hear it. The rooms are quite small, with very little room to move around in, but as we were mostly out, this wasn't too much of a problem. Our bathroom was actually just outside our room and was well equipped even though the shower was fairly small and could be a problem for larger people. Breakfast was lovely as were our hosts. Parking was available at the back of the B & B and can be reached by a short walk via a lane way.

“Lovely.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 April 2011

Our room was a little small but provided everything we required. Breakfast was beautiful and our hosts were wonderful. Bath is absolutely beautiful and I recommend the Albany as a place to stay.
