“Welcoming and Relaxing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 February 2011

We arrived slightly early but received a warm & friendly personal welcome from the owners. Our top floor room was clean and very comfortable with lots of nice touches, and more electric sockets than we've ever seen in a hotel room! The private bathroom was just a step across the landing with an excellent shower. Breakfast was really great, fresh fruit, organic yogurt, cereals plus local produce cooked to order by Nick. He makes perfect poached eggs!

“Very Pleasant stay”

We travelled to Bath to visit the Christmas Market. The location of the Guest House was only a ten minute walk to the centre of Bath. Parking on site was great as we could leave the car for the duration of our stay. We had the family room which was warm and spacious and had a sofa in it which was an added bonus. There was some traffic noise but that was to be expected. Nick, our host, was very friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat. The breakfast was divine with plenty of choice.

“Central with great hosts”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 October 2010

We stayed for one night over the half term in the family room. The room was light and roomy and the sofa is a neat touch - somewhere to relax other than sitting on the bed, just right for a 10 year old to watch the TV! Nick and Lisa are great hosts recommending the best places to eat and the good times to go to the many attractions - you don't need a guide book. The breakfast was varied and cooked to order - my son loved the smoked salmon. The B&B is a short stroll through Victoria park (with a huge play area) to the Royal Crescent and indeed is no more than a 10 minute walk to the other attractions. There is free parking and as the guests for the following day were not coming by car, we were able to park after we had checked out.
If you want a central B&B with a warm host, free parking and great breakfasts then this is the place for you.

“Lovely comfortable room, fabulous breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 27 September 2010

A lovely comfortable guest house, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, lovely cotton bedding and comfortable mattress.
Nick made us a fabulous breakfast whcih included a deliciuos fruit salad and a full english, which set us up for the day nicely
The Guest House is located within just a few minutes walk of Bath, we were provided with a map of the area which was very useful.
We had a lovely break and fully intend to visit Bath again, when we do we will be sure to stay at the Royal Park.
