My boyfriend and myself decided to spend the weekend in bath to celebrate our one year anniversary, we made the mistake of not booking anywhere and assuming we could find something when we arrived. We found out it was the six nations and bath is a three month advance booking busyness so We popped into loch fyne to ask if they knew of anywhere, we were greeted by one of the most friendliest helpful people. After sometime we were told that marlborough house had vaccancies. Upon our arrive we was greeted by peter, the owner, he made us feel welcome and provided us with lots of information on where to eat and what to do. We took his advice in eating out at rustico`s, if you love home made italian food, its a must! The evening was a snowy one, stopping all taxis running but again peter came to our rescue and had booked us a taxi within in minutes (wed spent the last 20mins with no luck!)
The room was clean, cute with all the ammenities you could want! We love the mini bar!
Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, a lovely cooked breakfast. We couldnt of asked for more.
Everyone at this bnb is welcoming, friendly and willing to go that extra mile to make sure yoyr stay here and in bath is perfect, they even helped jump start our car!
If your looking for a warm, friendly, lovely bnb then this is the place to stay. This made our weekend perfect and we couldnt of asked for more. :-)
