Lovely campsite set in beautiful countryside and close to Bath. We were in a campervan and found that the pitch was nice and level. We stayed for 5 nights and were more than happy with the facilities here and wish that we could have stayed for longer. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't get to test the pub and the food there as we're not really pub goers but it would have been handy for those that like a drink or to eat out. We will definitely come again if staying in the area.

Great campsite with quality pitches, clean and modern facilities, a great bar with great food and most importantly, friendly helpful staff. Lovely walks around the site and close to public transport links into Bath. Will definitely be coming back

We stayed at the start of October and was abit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. We couldn't fault the place though! We were in a tent on a good, flat pitch and the large trees around the site sheltered us from the wind. The site was very well maintained, pub looked good and the shop has all that you need including an excellent selection of tourist information and obliging staff.
This site is open all year round but we will definitely return over winter. After all, the showers and bath (which costs about £2) give an abundance of hot water so are the perfect was to warm up.
It's about a two mile walk into Bath from the site, broken up nicely by a pub half way along the canal path.
All in all an excellent site with great facilities and staff at a reasonable price.

A lovely relaxing place to stay. Spotless grounds and facitlites ok too. Basics can be bought in small on site shop. Great walks and cycle path direct into Bath or Bristol. Great restaurant nearby called the Boathouse, thoroughly recommend.
