Good points - very clean and excellent breakfast
Bad points - very noisy, very busy main road position (not mentioned on website). Poor level of sound insulation made it impossible to sleep.

Lovely B&B with nice clean rooms & very good breakfast. Caroline was happy to give suggestions on where to visit and where to eat..

We had a hard time finding anywhere to stay when we went to Bath a few months ago. I pulled up tripadvisor and found NUMBER 30 and we booked it immediately since there were so few other options. We were very glad we booked it because it was a lovely place to stay.
Perfect location to see the centre of bath (including the Abbey and Roman Baths)
Staff was very kind to us and breakfast was great! I would definitely stay again!
As an American staying in the UK, it was very refreshing to see FREE WIFI available!
In the 2 weeks we spent in the UK this was one of only TWO places that offered free wifi.

My daughter and I took a 3 day break to Bath and found Number 30 on the internet.... and what a find! It covered all the criteria including parking at the rear. David was very helpful when my daughter telephoned to check on a few points. He was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us information on the 'must see' things in Bath and recommended some places to eat - very helpful. The twin room was bright, airy, clean and very comfortable with tea and coffee facilities and the added touch of homemade shortbread biscuits - thank you Agga. The en-suite was spacious and clean and there was always hot water. Natural bath products were provided. The room was at the rear so no traffic noise. Breakfast is included and excellent. Good choice and freshly prepared and cooked. Close to the rear of the B&B is the Royal Crescent - a short walk through Victoria Park. As long as you do not mind walking the Baths, River and shops were not far away. Thank you for an enjoyable stay David and Caroline - you run an excellent B&B!
