I am unsure why this hotel has an AA rating. This hotel would be closed if it was situated in Jersey. Our room was at the top of the hotel with lots of stairs to get to it. My mum who is 78 did struggle with this. The room was clean but the TV did not work and we had no heating in the shower room. It was absolutely freezing in the room. We had to boil the kettle on the floor as the kettle did not reach the plug from the table. Breakfast was okay but was cold when you got it. Coffee was aweful.

Bath itself is lovely and the taxi drivers are absolutely amazing. Very prompt and very cheerful. We eat at Kung Po chinese restaurant on the Saturday night and we had the best chinese meal ever. We would also recommend Martinis Italian restaurant, the food was great.

Wentworth House is a lovely hotel just a short walk from the town centre. The quality of the decor is superb. We thought the mattresses were of a very poor quality but the alternative room we were offered was great. The receptionist was wonderful & the incident didnt detract from the overall experience. The breakfast in the room was not too good so next time I'll try the dining room. Overall a good stay.

The hotel was ok, nothing more than that. It is a 15 minute walk into Bath, and a 20 minute walk out (there is a very steep hill). Although, the fact that it has parking is a good thing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was pretty nice, although the bath took about 20 mins to fill up. The breakfast was ample, but the toasters for guest use didn't really work very well.

It is certainly not the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it is far from the best. A little over priced, considering the distance from the city centre, but you do get free parking.

The local female staff welcomed us to Wentworth House and gave us plenty of information about what to see in Bath and the room service was also efficient. As for the room it was small but cosy. The only problem with the room would be I had to boil the kettle on the floor as there wasn't any plugs near the coffee set. Breakfast was okay but on our final stay we never got our cooked breakfast. Our order was taken and after waiting for 40 minutes we gave up and left. I couldn't see why there should be a problem as the breakfast room was clearing and a guest that arrived after us got their cooked food. Management didn't expain why it never arrived.
