“Beautiful Hotel! First class Service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 February 2012

Stayed at this hotel in January. The hotel is beautiful and stylish and the rooms are gorgeous! There is a great bar and amazing restaurant where we had dinner. Breakfast was excellent also. It is in the perfect location to explore bath - a short walk from all the attractions. The service is first class and I can't praise the staff enough, they even come and park your car for you which is great as quite a few of the hotels we looked at didn't have parking. The only tiny constructive criticism I have is that there wasn't any tea and coffee making facilities in the room, although the hotel does offer complimentary tea and coffee during the day in the drawing room, you can't make one in your room of any evening or when you wake up. However in every other way this hotel is PERFECT I can't recommend it enough! Can't wait for my next visit!

“Calm, elegant and comfortable”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

We stayed at the Queensberry last year in May taking advantage of a special promotion. i thought the rooms were going to be the standard end of corridor, tiny capsules you get when a promotional rate is offered. Instead the room was a kind of spacious mezzanine with a lofty bedroom and bathroom a couple of steps down and really spacious. Breakfast was a delight!
We also used the bar for drinks and the selection of malt scotch whiskeys was great.

Room Tip: Parking could be difficult but ask for help at the hotel's reception.

“Stylish regency retreat a stones throw from the centre”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 January 2012

Excellent hotel, fantastic service - the perfect location for a relaxing weekend break.
We had a great stay, the staff were fantastic and they even park your car for you, which is great as finding on-street parking in Bath can be a nightmare!
The rooms were spacious and well furnished, the communal areas although slightly small were very comfortable and the food of a very high standard.

“Nice, quaint hotel with excellent service and restaurant”

The Queensberry is my hotel of choice when I'm in Bath. The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. Each room is distinctive and has its own charm. The restaurant is excellent and has a great wine list. There are several casual rooms scattered around the ground floor of the hotel where you can relax, read a book or go on the Internet. My only complaint is lack of Internet service in the guest rooms. But this forces me to go down to the bar with my laptop and enjoy a cocktail while checking email. The room rates are very reasonable and the location is ideal for touring the city by foot. Looking forward to my next trip!

“Romantic, boutique hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 January 2012

I really cannot fault this hotel. Everything about it from start to finished went above expectations! When people say boutique hotel with individual style you always wonder, oh god what if it isn't my style at all and it's all kitsch? Fear not! The room was tasteful, modern and yet quintessentially English. We got room 11, one of the two classics where the bathroom is on a different level to the bedroom.

Our room was large and tidy and we even managed to have a bath in the morning after lounging in our bathrobes in bed! The hotel is a close walk to the center of town, less than five minutes and you are near the Jane Austen Museum.

The bar in the hotel is open 24 hours and we made the most out of this with a quiet drink after the local bars closed. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and the service was attentive. The hotel itself is spotless, welcoming and with personality.

We went for a couples romantic getaway, so for this purpose it was perfect!

Room Tip: Room 11 but mind the house opposite!
