“Very Nice - Good Location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 August 2011

Met by Eileen the owner - lovely B & B, rooms light and airy and very clean - we had D2 which had ensuite bathroom. Very good location about 5 min walk to centre of Ludlow. Wonderful breakfast - fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast - whatever you wanted! This is how a B & B should be. We will be staying here again when in Ludlow.

“Perhaps bed and breakfast is not really my thing”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 June 2011

Tiny cramped fussily decorated room - ok it's a very old building - but charging hotel prices, £85 a night for a double, without hotel (or pub/inn) facilities. Ludlow is a foodie town so you don't really want standard cooked breakfast when cafes, cheese shop, market etc beckon, and you're still full of dinner from the previous evening. Nice fresh berries though. Little sitting room downstairs where breakfast is served is very hard to use freely at other times of day as it's such a small and public space, so you are left cooped up in the bedroom when not out and about. Parking meters add to cost if you come by car. Wifi offered, but did not work.

“Lovely B&B”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 10 June 2011

A great B&B in a good place for exploring the town. It's an old house full of character and beautifully furnished, so the room was lovely if a little small. However there was a small en-suite shower room and tea making facilities. Breakfast and home-made biscuits were great. Convenient parking just outside and a warm welcome from Eileen.

“Very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 May 2011

A very cosy B&B at the river end of Ludlow. Smallish room - but it is a very old property!
Excellent breakfast in the parlour made us feel like characters from a Jane Austen novel!
Lovely river walk nearby. Very helpful, informative and friendly owner.
