i stayed for one evening when picking my son up from University. The accomodation is clear, comfortable and welcoming. The room has all the facilities you require (clean bed, ample toiletries in the bathroom, tea/coffee and television as well as being quiet and relaxing. in the morning the breakfast was tasty and freshly cooked.
in terms of location, you do not have to drive anywhere for entertainment or restaurants because of its proximity to the Eccleshall road where there are ample shops and restaurants

“Friendly welcome, and comfortable room”

My husband and I stayed here for an overnight stay. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and shown to our lovely front of the house bedroom. Large bed, with sofa and TV, tea and coffee provided, toiletries too, very comfortable and very homely. The following morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

“Ideal B&B in Sheffield - Faultless”
We stayed one night only to go to a concert at City Hall. The owner knew the local area well and was helpful. The room was a good size double with a sofa to sit and watch TV. We had a very peaceful nights sleep followed by a very tasty full english breakfast. For our purposes this B&B was ideal. We would definiteley reccomend it and will stay again, the next time we are in Sheffield

“Just Perfect”
We have stayed here on several occasions and have always felt relaxed and comfortable. All rooms are attractively furnished and quiet, and the breakfasts are excellent. We have always received a warm welcome, and we are looking forward to our next visit.
