Typical Premier Inn; friendly Reception staff and a good sized room with a good comfy bed in it. Really good location for Sheffield and for getting the tram out to the arena/ice sheffield/sports facilities etc and as always good value for money. When I got back in the freezing evening I wanted a hot bath and went to run it, only to find various very telling hairs in the bath- euuuggghhh!!! Bit of a let down but I won't hold it against them! Also, when I went to check out, the Receptionist was on the phone on a lengthy call and was not able to acknowledge me or check me out and after waiting a while I just had to leave to get to work and call back later to check I didn't owe any money. To her credit, she did apologise over the phone for not acknowledging me, which I completely accept, but it would have been cool of PI to have another person there to support her if she was on a lengthy call. Even the Duty Manager could have popped down for 10 mins just to make sure guests were okay.
