This is the second chance that I have given this pub, but never again. We arrived at around 2pm there was no que at the bar just a sign saying wait for Jon to seat you. After being ignored at the bar for five minutes my husband asked a passing waiter, are there tables to be seated he said they will sort you out at the bar. Eventually a man came to the bar and said have you booked? my husband said no to which the man shouted to another employee is there any tables? a voice shouted back no chance and they both laughed at us, my party consisted of my pensioner parents and daughter. The previous attempt at eating here was more or less the same. We did say never again when we turned to leave. I have never left a negative comment on trip advisor but this place deserves it and after seeing the pictures of their rooms I have no idea how they have any customers at all.
