“Great Value with a smile”

Spent the night with my family of four. Deborah is a very friendly and helpfull lady, she even took time out and printed directions for my daughter to get to the university. The house is very clean with the extra's which you dont normally get in all guest houses. We were made to feel at home, which we did! If you are looking for good value, a clean, friendly house which is close to the tram system, this is the place to stay. I will be staying here whenever I'm in Sheffield thats for sure! I would not hesitate to recommend the wonderful Conniston Guest House
We stayed for a week in January 2012
You will not find a warmer welcome anywhere in Yorkshire
Room was spotlessly clean, wonderfully warm and came with everything you could possible need, right down to cotton wool and tissues. Only two minutes from the great sheffield 'super tram system only 15 mins from the centre of town. Overall excellent value for money and would never anywhere else in Sheffield. Debbie, South Wales

“The best value B&B in South Yorkshire”

I have stayed here dozens of times in the last seven years. Nice rooms, quiet location, spotlessly clean, pay extra for the cooked breakfast, lovely owners. Thoroughly recommended.

Enjoyable stay. Very pleasant hostess. Warm room with en-suite bathroom and everything you need from ironing board to hair dryer. Very nice breakfast in a nice front room. Quiet.
Very good value and recommended.

We stayed at he Coniston Guest House for one nigh while we in Sheffield for a family gathering. We received a warm welcome and the accommodation was just what we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. All in all and excellent service!
