The apartment is perfect. It was absolutely spotless and perfectly appointed. Joan, the booking agent was wonderful to work with and went out of her way to ensure that the booking was arranged to our satisfaction.

Unfortunately, the noisy upstairs neighbors overshadowed how wonderful the apart was. They began partying the first night we were there around 5:00 in the evening and didn't stop until 4:30 the next morning. The second night, they started around 9:30 and continued well into the next morning. To make matters worse, an alarm in an office building a block away went off all night Friday night and all day Saturday. The noise was unbelievable. Between the party upstairs and the alarm I was up at 3:30 in the morning and got very little sleep. While I realize the alarm is not the fault of the apartment, it was disconcerting that there wasn't anyone onsite to contact the next morning about the incessant partying or the alarm.

If you are looking for a lovely apartment for a short stay, definitely consider City Pads, but if the noise level begins to rise, find someone to call immediately!

Stayed here while visiting family with a spot of christmas shopping thown in. Booked direct onine, no problems. Got an email a couple of day before informing of key code number and letting us know we had been upgraded to a two bedroom apartment at no extra charge, even though we only used one bedoom the two bathooms made life a lot easier. We were greated by a nice lady on reception who pionted us to our apartment. The apartment was clean and modern and obviously quite new. Loads of space for storage which is good specially when been shopping !!!! Parking was safe & undergound and there is a lift so no stairs with cases and bags. Niether of us could believe how quiet it was in the room being so close to the city centre (5 mins walk) The only down side if any would be a bit of a hill to walk up on the way home, maybe worth thinking about if you have dodgy legs. But all in all very good and would def 'stay here again.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment for one night. The first impression of the apartment was really really good, and not misleading at all.

I also liked that we were contacted shortly after we booked, and were sent the codes for accessing the parking and our apartment a few days before we arrived.

The kitchen was not very well stocked - only four glasses, four bowls, four plates, etc, and no microwave!! I don't think I could have coped for more than a week, but it was fine for one night.

I thought it was a bit strange that the door to the main bedroom automatically closed. I had to prop it open so that my (1.5yo) daughter didn't get stuck in it.

I really appreciated the washer/dryer, though.

a very nice comfortable city apartment. The view was the only let down (but i expect the street facing rooms would be much better).
Its very clean, adequately spacial, nicely furnished and comfortable.
I would definitely book again. Much better value than the Hilton!
