We stayed for two nights when we booked to see Billy Connolly at the Royal Concert Hall - perfectly fine hotel and excellent value for money - full english breakfast was excellent and cereal and continental available too. The owners were very helpful and will definately be staying here again when we come up for any more concerts etc.
Ample parking and Bus routes into town just outside.

We stayed for one night we had visited our son at Nottingham Trent University and were moving on to York. We paid £42 for one nights bed & breakfast. The room was large well furnished clean & warm. Breakfast was substantial and of good quality. The owner is actually Hungarian and very helpful & obliging. Sure things needed finishing off - the floor tiles in the ensuite bathroom needed sealing - But for the money this was very good value.

This hotel is very dated. Rooms very basic. Noisy people coming in at 4am! Staff reasonable. Felt that what we paid was really over-priced for what we got. Breakfast minimal.
