We stayed at the Premier Apartments Nottingham during half-term week when we went to the city for a University Open Day. When booking we were told that for both health and safety and insurance reasons we needed to book a two-bedroom apartment and another one-bedroomed apartment as we had three children with us. However, the night before our arrival we received a phone call to tell us that the two-bedroomed flat was no longer available but that we could all stay in the one-bedroom flat and it would not be a problem. They would provide us with the required number of camp-beds and we would not be charged for the two-bedroomed flat that was no longer available!!!
To compensate us for the inconvenience we were told that we would not be charged for the car-parking - a concession of £12.
This was not the trip we were looking for but having questioned how 5 people could all of a sudden be accomodated in a one-bedroomed flat at this time we were then told that a second one-bedroom apartment would be available to us and it duly was.
The apartments were reasonably clean although there was a foul smell in one of the bathrooms and the mattress was very saggy. The worst feature however was the heating which was on a central boiler and we were unable to regulate it. This led to an uncomfortable night's sleep for everyone. The girls on reception were quite helpful and said this was a fault in the block but as it was too noisy outside our window to open it we had a bad night's sleep. The senior management refused to get involved and offer an apology or talk to us about the inconvenience when we requested it.

I certainly think the apartments are inappropriately named as there is nothing of a "Premier" nature about them!

Excelent value for money, I can certainly recommend to everyone! I really appreciated the space and the fresh furnishing.

We stayed here this last weekend as we were watching a show in the Capital FM arena.
You cannot beat the place for convenience as it is literally a stones throw away from the arena. It's also within very easy walking distance of some of the nicer shopping areas in Nottingham.

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous including what I believe was the night security man who was very funny and polite.

The apartments are very nice and extremely spacious especially when you consider the cost and our apartment. The apartments a very well appointed with most of your home essentials. I certainly won't be staying any where else when we visit Nottingham again

I work for a Consultancy Firm based in London and 6 months ago they sent me to Nottingham for a new project with Boots. I needed accommodation 4 days a week, Monday to Friday and I have to say I was a bit worried of where I would stay especially for such a long term. I tried Hilton first, as some of my colleagues had a discounted rate with them. The first week I stayed in the Executive Suite and I utterly hated it !!!! The room was so small and the walls seemed to be closing down on you. Premier Apartments were recommended to me by a friend who had stayed here a year before and since I didn't want to go to Hilton anymore, I was prepared to try anything. I first contacted them by phone and Roxanna was the one who talked to me. She was so nice and helpful and gave me lots of information on the apartments (like what I can expect to find in the apartments, if there is a cleaning service provided, if I have to bring my own linen and things like that). I was already convinced after our conversation but Roxanna went the extra mile for me and she put me in contact with Hayley, the Sales Manager. Hayley was absolutely amazing and gave me a very convenient rate. When I came for check-in Roxanna showed me to the apartment and I was pleasantly surprised that everything she had told me on the phone didn't do justice to the place. The apartment was so much more than I had expected. Very clean, nice furniture, comfortable bed, lots of space !! Every Monday after work I go to Tesco (which is just 5 minutes away), I do my shopping and then I come to what I call now my second home. I have a fridge and a cooker so I save quite a lot on dinning. Chantelle is the receptionist who usually greets me and it is just lovely to see a familiar face in a town where you don't know anybody. As a matter of fact, customer service is one of the strongest points of the apartments. I have mail delivered here and Chantelle always takes it to my apartment, she even printed a list for me with all the near-by restaurants and with all the points of interest of the town. Too bad I am always at work and don't actually have time to see the places she recommended. I would definetly recommend the Premier Apartments to everybody who comes to Nottingham. I've been here since July 2010 and now my company told me I may have to extend my stay. The fact that I am away from by partner and all of my friends back in London is a lot more bearable when I know I stay in such a lovely place and I am surrunded by such friendly staff who always surprise you by anticipating your needs and catering for them. The best place I ever stayed at while being away from home for so long !!
