We went away as two couples so needed to have time together to chat and catch up. The two double bedroomed apartment with one on-suite bathroom and another bathroom was the ideal solution. The on-site manager was extremely helpful and friendly both with booking and actually whilst we were there. The location was ideal as we were booked in at a show at the arena. Couldn't be closer as virtually attached. We were not disturbed by noise from there or because of the Arena though.Also close to city centre. Has limited secure parking. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Easy controlled heating. Obviously we heard some traffic and emergency vehicles but generally a quiet location and we certainly heard no-one withing the block. Our only critisms are minor. They could do with setting up a proper Reception area as you have to be let in a locked door and the "office" looks like a converted cupboard. Seemed like arriving at a hostel! also the corridors are rather tired and need some new carpeting and redecoration. Don't be put off as overall an excellent product which worked for us. They can even provide a breakfast box and have fast food delivery menu in the apartment. We found loads of good places to eat in town rthough.

I would certainly recommend it and go there again.

We had booked tickets for a gig at the Ice Arena in Nottingham and found that this hotel described themselves as adjacent to the arena. They weren't kidding, it's absolutely right next door, out of the front door and round the corner and there you are!

We found the Apartments really easily, the directions were good and the car park was fairly simple to locate, although some signage wouldn't hurt. We checked in easily and then found our Apartment which was superb. We had a couple of issues such as people's luggage being left in our room and no batteries for the remotes, but Raquel on Reception was incredibly helpful and pleasant.

Our Apartment was lovely, really spacious and clean. We've paid far more for rooms which were just the size of the bedroom here, whereas the Apartment had 4 separate rooms and a great kitchen. We really liked the modern design and the relaxing spaces.

Our only issue was upon checkout. We got downstairs at 10am just in time to see the Receptionist come on duty. He made us wait for some time while he logged on his PC and faffed about (why couldn't this be done at 9.45am in time for 10am opening?) then, despite showing him our receipt to prove we'd already paid our bill, made us wait another 10 minutes while he confirmed our booking price. OK, people do rip hotels off and we understand why he had to check, however his tone was officious rather than efficient and his customer service skills extremely lacking. Checkout took 20 minutes which is ridiculous.

This didn't spoil our stay however, we'd be happy to return to these Apartments but we'd use the Express checkout option next time.

i cant sleep, people yong make party night, in flat near, cleaner is bad, reception bad, very bad reception, security sleep in chair, dont work nothin there......and the woman reception.....terrible...

Two of us had to travel to Nottingham for work, and at less than ninety quid for the night for both of us, this was a real bargain. We had a 2 bed apartment, which was large and light, modern and well furnished. It was very well equipped, with towels, toiletries, everything needed in the kitchen, a hairdryer, radios and alarm clocks in both bedrooms, etc. etc. There wasn't a single thing we needed that wasn't there.

Other posters had commented on the cleanliness and the corridors. You need to remember that this is a serviced apartment, not a hotel, and that other people live in these apartments full time. This means that standards are not quite as they are for a hotel. As far as we could see, the apartment was perfectly clean - certainly cleaner than my house is (and I think my house is in pretty good order). If I had put on white gloves and gone around the whole place, I could have found something to complain about (not sure the skirting board behind the en suite bathroom door was 100% free of dust, but, hey, neither is the one in my home!). Really, we had no complaints.

Beds were comfortable, the whole place was secure: really, it was difficult to find something to complain about.

Only niggle (which really isn't within the apartments' gift) is the fact that there isn't a Spar shop/convenience store particularly close, and that would have been a help. I know that I will be a bit more organised next time and pack a little bag of stuff for breakfast: and there will certainly be a next time if I have to travel up to Nottingham again with colleagues.

If travelling alone, I would probably prefer a hotel so that I can order room service, but for groups, I can't see how this can be beaten for price, comfort and facilities.
