“Poor to average food and need of refurbishment”

The carvery is good price at just under £6.00. However on are visit the vegetables looked all dried up and unsightly. We asked for the dishes to be replenished - which they were. The first table offered still had food stains on it and the place mats had not be cleaned. So we choose another table. Ordered a toffee and shortbread cheese cake which looked like it had been throw on the plate. The shortbread tasty like uncooked crumble mixture. The general decor of the places is old and shabby and the toilets leave a lot to be desired.
