Stayed here for two night at the WGW Nov 2011. This B&B is very clean and tidy. The owners are absolutely lovely and we received a wonderful welcome. The breakfast is second to none. Well worth a visit.

I found this guest house by chance - ringing round to find accommodation for the 60's weekend at Whitby Pavilion(which incidentally is fantastic).It is a real find, 5 minutes to the West Cliff and just down the hill to the shops. Opposite Botham's Tea Room which is a MUST. The breakfast choice is tremendous and the KIPPERS are out of this world, but a tremendous choice and all individually cooked to your liking. It well deserves 4* and is better than top class hotels we have stayed at. We stayed in Room 8 at the very top and the view is tremendous you can see the Abbey, the sea and the surrounding area - our weather was superb too so it all helped! Sue and Dave are very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone and we will certainly be back again. Great for a break. Pauline and George England

Good Central location with off street parking, Rooms are spacious and with a good decor, Wide variety of breakfast - hosts have a wide knowledge of the area and it's activities, Only 5 minutes from town centre where all amenities are catered for, Only a short walk to the first public house with an excellent menu, opposite is an excellent Italian Restaurant also with a large choice of menu.

Fabulous B&B - utterly deserving of its 4 stars! The proprietors couldn't be more helpful, the rooms are really comfortable and tastefully furnished and the breakfasts superb - with the kind of extensive choice associated with top-class hotels. It is the small touches that make this B&B special: a dish of sweets to help yourself from, a good supply of milk/tea/coffeee, shower caps/ear plugs/cotton buds in the bathrooms etc.
