We stayed in the Linen Loft apartment in the white linen b&b in October.
We have stayed in the b&b before, and this stay was just as good.
The linen loft was like a home way from home, but much better ha ha!
The bedrooms have 2 lovely comfy big beds, with dressing tales, tvs, hair dryers, dressing gowns.
The bathroom is big, clean and brand new. It has a fantastic shower, and nice toiletries are provided.
The kitchen is very well equipped, and even had ground coffee for the cafetieres.
The living room has a dining table to seat 6, and two big comfy leather sofas. The tv not only has Sky, but Sky+!!
The welcome from Heidi was as warm as ever. We did manage to get parked behind the house, but like someone else has said, don't let that put you off. The centre of Whitby is just a stroll from the house, which more than makes up for the limited parking.
We can't wait to go back!!
P.s. we also went to eat at Greens restaurant and LOVED it!!

stopped here over a year ago (not november 2010, thats latest option on here), parking was abit of an issue bt we knew this before we came so no shock, we stopped in the Shaker Room. Absolutly stunning, lovely 4 poster bed, shower, only thing I would have liked is the choice to put the fire on, it wasnt cold outside so I understood why but would have made it that little bit more romantic at night.
Breakfast was yummy, loads of choice and friendly service. When we checked out we wrote in the lovely guest book. Wil defo being stopping there again, hopefully soon x

Just returned from two nights at the White Linen Guest House. What a fabulous place ! The house itself is wonderful and our hosts could not do enough. Our room was fantastic - big double bed, everything very clean, the bathroom was spacious and exceptionally clean - one of my priorities in choosing accommodation is that it must be clean as you may have guessed !!! Breakfasts were superb and freshly cooked to your liking. As has been said before, the parking can be difficult but we managed to find somewhere and it was free. I would definately recommend and would love to return one day. Thank you !!!

Me and my boyfriend fancied a night away so we looked on google and white linen popped up. We liked the look of it straight away and just booked it without looking at anything else, and we are very glad we did. The guest house is gorgeous, Heidi greeted us straight away and nothing was too much trouble, great service.
And then we where shown our room.....WOW! We stayed in the georgian suite and it was honestly the best room we have ever stayed in. Lovely decor, comfy bed, loads of storage, tea and coffee etc, comfy sofa, lovely big coffee table, massive bathroom.
The guest house is very close to the centre, as for parking you may struggle to get free parking but there is plenty of cheap car parks around whitby. But dont let this put you off as its a great guest house run by lovely people with excellent breakfast. We will be back!
