Came up for the football . Frist time we have used the Hotel the staff were very friendly and Helpful overall had a excellent weekend will defo be staying again .

This hotel is conveniently located and easy to find right by the river and only a few minutes walk to the city centre attractions and restaurants. The welcome was warm and genuine and staff were obliging and always ready to help.
The room was large and spacious, the bed very comfortable and even the towels in the bathroom were large enough to actually wrap around yourself!
We didn't eat there as the menu was basically just good pub food, but breakfast was excellent. Whatever you want for breakfast, it was probably there:- cereals, toast, patisserie, fruits and full cooked. And there wasn't the breakfast scrummage you get in some hotels where you worry whether or not you'll actually find a table, as a member of staff greeted you and took you to your table. We would definitely stay there again.
I'd only one niggle; given it was such cold weather when we arrived, it would have been nice for the heating to have been on instead of us doing it when we arrived.

One of the best places in Norwich for disabled access and excellent service for special needs. Staff are totally trained and educated in the needs for disability awareness and are always so very helpful to suit individuals. Blending of food if required and always on top form with a welcoming and supportive environment.
One thing that could benefit such a diverse and fresh venue for total inclusion and equality would be an appropriate adult changing room and hoist.
To add as well the Costa coffee shop is equally welcoming, comfortable and accessible. Three cheers for an amazing, sociable, inclusive and professional business. More people need to know about you all.

From the time we arrived the staff couldn't have been more friendly. The room was clean and tidy. My favourite bit? the restaurant. For the first time that i can remember i got a steak cooked as i asked for, a thick juicy medium rare. This one earned major brownie points.
