We stayed one week while visiting famiy. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room and bathroom were very clean and practical, and the breakfast was of good quality.

We arrived on Friday afternoon for a two day stay. Went to check in and the receptionist Jill was very helpful with information about the hotel and gave us maps and takeaway menus if we decided we wanted to eat in our room. The rooms were very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. I must also mention Philip who was on reception as well, a very friendly and helpful young man. We stayed in the front of the hotel room 201, and you could hardly hear the traffic outside and slept really well. I would definately recommend this hotel and would stay there if we were ever in the area again. Many thanks

We had to attend the James Cook Hospital very early in the morning, so decided to stay overnight in the Premier Lodge opposite the hospital. The comfort and scrumptous breakfast made a hospital visit seem like a mini holiday.

We have stayed here a couple of times recently to visit family etc. The rooms are a good size and beds very comfortable, good level of cleanliness too. The hotel s opposite a large hospital but don't worry about ambulance sirens etc. The sound insulation s good and we slept really well. There s the usual set up for Premier Inn, free costa coffee-self serve and pub with food across road. Breakfast is served in hotel but we didn't eat it as we were going to relatives. Looked ok though.
All in all it is a good standard for budget hotels and I would definitely stay again.
