We stayed in this Premier Inn for a short weekend break. Location near the City and Tower of London was perfect. Room was very quiet although located next to railway line and we had excellent nights' sleep. Room and shower were spotless. Very good value for money.

The bathroom was freezing, no heating at all in it, everytime i had a shower the water kept leaking from the bath, more water on the bathroom floor than down the drain pipe.

The heater fan would only come on when it felt like it, we had to use the hair dryer to get a heat off it.

For 274pounds to stay for 3nights was defo not worth it.

Iv stayed in many of Premier Inn's around the UK in Liverpool and Manchester and this one in Tower Hill, London was a shambles. It has turned me off staying in these premier inn's now.

Good sized room, very clean and comfortable and the staff were first class. We have travelled widely and stayed in top hotels all over the world, but we could not have had more helpful, welcoming, warm and attentive staff. Great breakfast too, all excellent value. Highly recommended

Stayed at this Premier Inn for 1 night while in London for a theatre visit. Having stayed in many Premier Inns over the years this is certainly one of best I've visited. Good location, amazingly friendly staff can't do enough for you. Room was comfy and quiet and the buffet breakfast was fantastic.
