We arrived late and stayed one night. Staff helpful
Rooms generally clean but not great, sofa bed stained
Didn't fancy breakfast in a bag. Not on the must visit again list.
So at under £100 in London isn't too bad but you get what you pay for

Having read mixed reviews after booking I didn't know what to expect, well I expected noisy pipes like everyone seems to of said but I didn't hear a peep! We were greeted by a lovely female receptionist who made us feel very welcome (unlike liverpool street travelodge!) and our room was clean, tidy and quiet. We had a great nights sleep ater watching 'Shrek the Musical' at The Theatre Royal, which by the way is well worth it!! We will defintely be using this travelodge again. Only thing I will say is that a vending machine selling the usual shampoo's and shower gels etc would be useful!

The hotel is okay - your usual travelodge. Rooms are very basic, we stayed for 5 nights, not once did we have clean sheets, but did get towels each day, although there were two of us staying we only got towels for one!!

We had no toilet roll given to us as they 'ran out' for the whole week!!

The corridor has a strong smell of weed/dope on the ground floor - you could get high coming in and out of the hotel. Not ideal for children.

Reception staff (the males ones) were rude and unhelpful.

Toby carvey next door was awful, staff were miserable and told us food was not being served when it was.

breakfast is served to you in a bag outside your room at 7:00 if you want it - school packed lunch style.

Hotel is extremely noisy, did not sleep a full night at all while we were there. The pipes are noisy, therefore if next door or upstairs/downstairs are having a shower you get woken up!!

The location on the other hand is excellent, walking distance to a small tesco (convenient to buy toilet roll), and a boots, newsagent and a lovely chinese restraunt around the corner. Tube station is listerally a 2 minute walk away and around 20 mins from oxford street where all the main shops are. Enough parking if you are going to drive.

Okay for staying for one night, not any longer!

I'm a student therefore not fussy and do not expect much from places!

Had free night's stay to use due to very noisy plumbing on previous visit. Was told in writing this could be used in conjunction with three nights for two offer. Total cost would be one night. Hotel told me - and I did ask them to clarify - they will not honour three for two deal booked with inkeeper's lodge they c
took over. Receptionist and cleaner as helpful as they could be considering supervisor would not speak to me. No one in authority did even after I went to Internet cafe and checked both sites which both stated deal should be honoured and asked for this info to be passed on. Have complained to travelodge using on line form. Did receive email not related to my problem! No apology or explanation or refund. Attitude of hotel appalling, management could not care less. Room clean although plumbing still a bit noisy. Do not expect this hotel to honour any deals-double check the price before arrival. If anything goes wrong with your booking no one in authority will even speak to you on the telephone (I tried) let alone in person.
