I booked last minute and arrived around 7pm on a thursday.

Good points: Great location, near to tube and shops; nice entry and friendly staff; efficient check in; lovely room with comfortable bed, free, good wi fi and smart decor. Reasonable price.

Bad points: Car park has only 4 spaces, so i had to park at the ncp at the tube station (£7 for2 days) around the corner - minor point but not made clear on website so maybe important if disabled or lots of bags etc. No BBC1/2 on tv for some reason.

We stayed here for location to a dinner dance we were attending a mile away, so I can't comment on the distance/time into central London, but We were very happy with our stay. Modern boutique decoration, Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, complimentary drinks in room, Krupps pod style coffee machine. The room is 'compact', if you want something 'spacey' maybe not for you, but didn't bother us at all. I chose a garden room as I knew it was on a busy road and we were on the second floor. Alex on reception couldn't have been more helpful or polite. I would definately choose to stay here if I was in the area, could see the tube station from our window. Great quality and value, comparing it to other choices in the area.

I loved his hotel . Ealing is a great area and the neighborhood around the hotel is residential and safe. The staff were extremely helpful, the hotel is clean and the breakfast was superb. My only criticism is the "cozy" room. The room is advertised as appropriate for a single person, so why do they need a King Size bed which takes up literally 95% of the room. The bed is very comfortable, but kind of useless since you can barely open the closet. I will definitely stay here again but I will take a different room.

Stayed here with friends last week. Originally booked for 3 nights but decided to check out after 2. I paid extra for a garden room and to be fair there was no traffic noise, however we were awoken at 6am by an alarm coming from an upstairs room which did not go off. I also managed to hear the news in detail from next door rooms tv and I don't think they even had it on that loud.
Would I stay there again? Probably not.
