The receptionist miss beora was very kind and helping. Since its my first business trip to London her help and guidance helped me move around places easily...

We arrived on Friday 10th February. It was a treat for my husband and myself from our eldest son and his family, who came too. We were all upgraded to club rooms. The hotel was just round the corner from the Bayswater underground station. We were welcomed by a very
nice lady. We left our luggage in the rooms and went to explore London. We got back at gone midnight after seeng a show and had a warm welcome from two males on reception who enquired if we needed anything. We had booked in for breakfast in advance, so we went to the downstairs restaurant and there was everything you could possibly want in the way of food. It was really good. My husband and I had both gone to breakfast without the door card, it was no problem the gentleman on reception had a good laugh and handed me
another key card. If this is the welcome we get after over 50 years of living in the country we shall certainly be back again to the Shaftesbury Hyde Park International. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The best hotel i found in central london via booking.com in reasonable price. hotel is modern, newly renovated, clean & looks wonderful. rooms are quite small as we booked 2 club rooms but its clean and spotless. staff is very professional and carying. breakfast quality is also good as part of the package. hotel is in central location and tube stations are 2 street away from the hotel. me and my 2 kids enjoyed our holidays and back to moscow. hope will get a chance in future to stay in gorgeous property hyde park international.

Hi I was here for business trip in the month of january. i had booked for single room but fortunetly got an upgrade to double room. plus point for this hotel is location, its 2 minutes away from bayswater and queensway tube station. nice restaurants around the area. internet spped is very good and addition with business center. i was very impress because i was looking for meeting room where i could have meeting with my business partner,however indian manager arranged my business meeting in club launch which is in reception area, same time this gettlement arrange tea & coffee with cokkies. overall its all fantastic. staff has positive attitude. Great, Highly reccomended.
