Oh where to begin??? Let's start with the bad since it's the easiest :)
1. The lift is tiny (hope you can get you and your luggage in it all at once).
2. No wash/face clothes ladies; hope you have an old tee shirt to cut up and use to wash your face (luckily my husband had one).
3. The hot water isn't hot; it's lukewarm.
4. Internet? What internet? It cuts in and out CONSTANTLY. We stayed 4 days and could not wait to get to a hotel with reliable internet. VERY frustrating.
5. The dryer does not work in the washing machine. Oh, and good luck figuring out HOW to open the machine. You can't just open it. You have to finagle it.
6. You can literally feel the mattress springs on your back. No cushion here; feels like sleeping on a board.
7. The maintenance man knocked on my door wanting to install a new microwave! You have GOT to be kidding me! There is signage clearly posted in the room stating the hotel isn't responsible for your belongings so do you seriously think I am going to let you in my room with my belongings and have me leave? Unbelievable! So, you know what he did? He left the box in my room to sit for two more days until we checked out. The box was the size of a minifridge, I kid you not.
8. The toilet had a butt-sprayer....gross.
9. Have fun figuring out the in-wall monitor system to call the front desk.
10. They need an operating manual posted for the in-wall monitor system and how to open the washer/dryer. WHAT a PAIN! Both my husband and I could NOT get it open. My husband noticed it appeared it had been finagled with a lot (meaning other people could not open it either).
The good:
1. Nearby shopping and Saturday market.
2. Nearby underground.
3. Third floor rooms were roomy and nicely decorated.
4. Walls are soundproof; never heard other people.
5. We didn't have to bring our own toilet paper; they had some there.
6. Our room had a floor fan.
7. Staff was pleasant.
8. Three large windows were pleasant for fresh air and natural lighting.
9. Nice TV.
10. Very clean.
