What a great stay.This is the second time we have stayed here and will do back,even after a small issue with the room the manager(Robert)went out of his way to put it right.The hotel and room very clean staff very presentable friendly and helpful.The breakfast well ive never seen so much choice we had the full english and were very happily full!The king exec room had great views of the cannal out on the balcony.With bus stop out side hotel to take you to boston manor tube to heart of london picadiliy or brentford rail to victoria it perfect !Thanks to the staff for a great stay again

We stayed there for a week due to business meetings in the area. The differnce to other Holiday Inns is the staff. Everyone at reception was very friendly and helpfull. But it didn't stop there: all staff was very friendly and professional. No wonder that this Hotel is usually fully booked. Shame that tthere is such a big differnce between HI Hotels but I can highly recommend the HI at Brentford Lock.

I stayed at the Holiday inn with my family for 3 nights over the Christmas period. I was really impressed with the hotel. Our room was modern and spacious and clean, the hotel staff where superb and very helpful and there is ample parking under the hotel. I had read some mixed reviews about the breakfast but I found the food to be good quality and cooked very well. The buffet service offered a good choice of hot and cold food and it really set us up for a busy day exploring London. The hotel is directly on the bus route to the underground station. The railway station is walk able in 15mins but you need the bus for the underground. The only issue we had during the stay was some air con noise but after mentioning it to the desk we where shown 2 alternative rooms on the 4th floor within 10mins. The manager Deepak even offered to carry our bags up to it! Just to sum things up. We had a great time and the holiday inn would be my first choice when staying in London.

Great service everywhere, really good price, friendly staff and clean, fresh and spacious room with beautiful view. What more can you ask for? 10 minutes walk to Brentford train station is not a problem. Will definetly recommend this!
