Small rooms as you would expect in a well located place at this price and toilets are outdated, dark and tiny (they work though). The problems were: clealiness (found a half smoked cigarette on the floor by the window); service is poor (the polish ladies at breakfast are more concerned to chat amongst themselves then cooking/serving and when serving they are very rude; same with some of the ones in reception); breakfast was poor and boring (small buffet with bacon, eggs, sausage and beans in tomato sause; they give you a couple of toasts even before you sit down; terrible coffee). First room I stayed in was very noisy in the morning (sounded like some type of fan/extractor), asked to change rooms and it was quieter). The location is convenient (one block from King's Cross Station) but for similar price there are better places around Paddington.
