Overall good value for money, clean and good size rooms.

Although a little way out of London, it is only around 30 minutes from this Premier Inn in Colliers Wood to the West End by tube. The tube station is a 10-minute walk away. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and the room itself was a typical Premier Inn room - basic but comfortable enough. Breakfast is available and is good value - for £5.25 you can eat as much from the continental breakfast selection as you like, and for £7.99 you get all that plus a cooked breakfast as well. Lunch and dinner are also served and there is a bar as well, although we didn't use these ourselves. The best thing about this hotel is the price - we got three nights for two adults and two kids for a little over £100, and paid for the breakfasts extra (kids eat free). Would definitely use this again for a cheaper alternative to the city centre hotels.

Really impressed with this Premier Inn, I stay in them weekly and this is one of the better ones, my Blackberry had no charge the young lady on reception offered to charge it for me using her own charger.
All the reception staff were very pleasant
The only thing that could be improved on would be a better range of drinks, extra cold Boddingtons is not to every ones taste. All in all....Great budget hotel

Premier Inn Wimbledon South moved from a restaurant service to self service about a year ago and whilst it is generally adequate at peak times fails to keep up. On a recent visit no bacon appeared for the 25 minutes we were in the restaurant.

The hotel is modern and clean although a little noisy due to wooden floors. The staff were again pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Colliers Wood tube station, a bit of a fag in wet weather but it is a value for money stay close to the northern line and access to Central London. We will be staying again later this year.
