“Great location and very friendly staff!”

We stayed in a family room on a recent short break in London.We arrived at 10pm and were able to have a hot meal in the restaurant on arrival which was most welcome.Breakfast was lovely and there was plenty of choice.The hotel has a Costa Coffee on site which is also another good addition.The rooms were very clean and well appointed.Overall this hotel is in a great location being so close to rail and tube links for exploring London.The staff were the friendliest I have met in recent years.A rare commodity and makes such a difference! Well done Premier Inn on getting the balance right.

Fantastic location and not a bad price. Staff were very freindly, welcoming and unobtrustive. Room was a bit hot though and window didn't open to fresh air but into the main entrance foyer of the hotel. Breakfast was all you can eat cooked or continental buffet style and was good value for money and good quality, especially in London - it set us up for the day!

Room Tip: Ask for a room which looks into the side street - it might be a bit noisy but at least you can cool...

“What you would expect”

Stayed here for a weekend in London with the family. Chose the hotel due to being so close to Kings Cross. The hotel is pleasent and clean, the breakfasts are lovely. The staff are all foreign who speak good English and work incredibly hard but sometimes just don't understand what is expected of them when they are asked a question that's not on the script.

Had a fantastic break @ hotel would recommend to anybody staff very very friendly reason to go there was to go and watch shrek the musical
