good location, M4 minutes away, easy to go over bridge to Kew, in house food, helpfull staff, and parking, ( chargeable )

Very impressed impeccably room, customer service and meals. ALL the staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you great!!! Would stay here again every time FANTASTIC!!!!!

The best I have stayed in so far. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The room was large, clean and relaxing with all that you need for a short stay. We did not use the restaurant as feel the cost of the breakfast for what we have experienced in past PI's was not worth it. There are plenty places in the area to visit. Great location near to Heathrow, West London attractions and easy public transport (bus, train and tube) to central London or other areas. We had a room at the back which did have a view of the river and overlooked the veranda. I guess this could be noisy in sunmmer months but then would you be out there too!

We staued on a Sunday night and it was very quite - in the hotel and locally. I stayed with my partner and Mum pending a hospital visit in London the following day and it couldn't be faulted for our purposes. Clean and tidy rooms, no noise, comfortable bed and attentive staff.

The car parking is provided in an underground public car park. Premier Inn have a few dedicated spaces. They charge more than the public spaces which are only a few yards walk away. Also, disabled bays are free in the public car park but chargeable at full rate by the premier inn. We used a public one (my mother is disabled) and walked the extra few feet. I guess it maty be useful to have dedicated spaces if the car park is full but it was entirely empty on the night we stayed.

Great indian restaurant almost next door on the banksof the River Brent.

My first visit to a premier inn for a while. Certainly better than Travlodges I've stayed in and excellent value for money.
