Excellent location but very poor standard indeed. Room was very uninviting and looked like it had been furnished from a jumble sale. Dimly lit and cold. You are unable to turn the heating on or off and the room is very cold. Bathroom was ok. Great for Paddington station and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Breakfast was provided but cheap sausages and slow service.
Wouldn't stay here again much nicer hotels very close by.

Whilst this is not the usual Hotel for us and it is on the basic side, the fact that we could have a four bedded room for the night made all the difference. A problem is that if one is early one has to leave ones luggage in the entrance at one's own risk. There was no choice at breakfast except Continental or English, which consisted of one egg, a sausage, a piece of bacon and oh horror, baked beans. They did bring one without beaked beans when requested.

The hotel is located in Paddington, and is 3 min away from Paddington station, so location is perfect. The reception is friendly, but the hotel niet some updating, like dripping taps,no airconditioner and the rooms are average, I have mentioned that there is a leak n the bathroom and nothing has been done about in the four days we stayed there, the breakfast is very plane and measured,again the staff is very helpfull.Otherwise the location is great, but the hotel is weathered.

Everything but the room was pleasant.. staff, exterior, lobby etc.. but the room was a disappointment, looking as though a few second-hand pieces of furniture were scattered in the room. The rooms felt like an afterthought. It is centrally-located, but we stayed down the street another night for cheaper at a much nicer hotel. I wouldn't recommend it.
