Very convenient to Kings Cross and St Pancras stations, very clean. We had a large room with four beds which would be ideal for a family, but it was in the basement and had very little appeal. Limited cooking facilities (microwave, sink, plates, cutlery) but no tea towels or detergent. Tea Coffee facilities. Fridge. Continental breakfast was just adequate and provided in very small breakfast room. Staff not terribly communicative. Very expensive for what you get, but very handy to the station.

Stayed at this hotel for one night before heading to Paris. It was a great location for us because it was less than 5 minute walk to King's Cross and St. Pancras which we needed. Staff was not the most welcoming/helpful, but we didn't have any issues. Room was decent size and clean. Room was on the 1st floor right near the front desk, but we had no noise issues. We only needed the one room but we had a suite. I agree with other reviews- it would be ok for families or friends, but not 2 couples. You have to enter the other room to get to the bathroom which would disturb those in that room with the 2 twin beds. Overall, good for us because of the location.

We spent one night on the way home from Paris in a 'suite' at this hotel. We had two adjoining rooms (both very small), one with a double bed tv and tea and coffee making facilities the other with the only (tiny) en suite bathroom and a kitchen of sorts. This meant that the people in one room had to disturb the people in the other room for the full use of the facilities which might just work for a couple with children but is hopeless for less intimate friends. The breakfast room in the basement is small and overcrowded with tables and made the self service arrangement almost unmanageable.The food was limited and poor and at £200 for one night was terrible value.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We had the basement suite and it was dark and dingy and window wouldn't lock. When we arrived in France, I discovered that I had left my nightdress in the room, emailed and phoned the hotel, and they said nothing was found, so either the chambermaid stole it or dumped it, either way not good enough. The only saving grace for this hotel is the proximity to St. Pancras.
