It was a saturday night and we could not find a room, finally we ended up at the her majesty hotel where we were greeted and welcomed by Roger, an authentic gentleman. He provided us a great customer service, the room we stayed were warm, comfortable, clean, tidy. The location is perfect, very closed to the underground Sherpherd's Bush, restaurant and supermarket are close too. I really invite anyone to not miss the opportunity of such a excellent quality-price service. The last day he even printed out a map for us to get home quickly. Thanks Roger.

Very affordable accomodation, with extremely helpful and friendly service. The only, known downside was that you can't get full English breakfast. But the rooms are very clean, and despite the busy street, noise levels are very reasonable. The location was excellent for a night at the Shepherd's Bush Empire. There are a couple of nice pubs nearby, and the tube will take you anywhere in London.

Her Majesty Hotel deserves its good reputation. The staff is lovely, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is ideally located. If we have to go back to London, we'll go there again. We were totally satisfied and have even been welcomed beyond our expectations. We truly recommend this hotel, located at only 15 minutes from the center, in a lovely area.
