Last weekend my family and I had the immense pleasure of staying in the Park Plaza Riverbank for what will be a treasured memory for years to come. It is well situated in London for many of the main sights and with incredible views over the Thames and the houses of Parliament. However the real reason that I found myself compelled to write a review is the quality of service and the whole experience that the hotel offers. I have stayed in over a hundred hotels in London on Business, this hotel has got it right in terms of value, quality and feel good factor.

I genuinely have no complaints regarding my stay and already we are planning our return visit later this year.

Noisy, cold, no heating. Please stay away. Although there was a nice view of a wall.

This hotel is pretty impeccable. It is not located in the most exciting neighborhood in London, but is close enough to the tube. It is also a beautiful walk up the Thames to the London Eye where more is going on. The service is great. We stayed in a family suite on the top floor, and looking out the window at night across the river at Big Ben and the houses of parliament is one of the more beautiful memories in my life. I would definitely suggest paying extra for the river view. Very professional hotel.

Nice, smart hotel in a good location.
Room was well sized, with nice bathroom with bath and separate shower. Was a shame to have two single beds rather than a double, but good facilities otherwise, including good tv and selection of channels and good mini bar.
Room service was nice, with a good selection and reasonably quick.
Nice gym on the 5th floor, although it could do with some cleaning materials for the equipment after use.
Staff friendly, although as a Club Carlson Gold member it was disappointing to have to complete all personal details.
A nice smart hotel. Would stay again.
