Great location for concerts. Room was perfectly serviceable and very clean. Bed a little cosy for a double. They charged me for two rooms due to a website cock up and when I questioned it they refunded my card no questions asked so full marks for that. Only minor gripes would be the standard of the breakfast was very average and paying seven quid to park when I have already paid 150 for a bog standard double seems a bit steep. Overall a really decent option for the O2 and we would certainly stay here again.

Myself, along with six friends had enjoyed an evening at the O2 Arena seeing Olly Murs perform, and as we exited the arena we saw it had snowed quite a bit, and as the trains and buses had stopped, we had no way of getting home to the other side of London.
So we walked to this hotel and, although there were no rooms available, we were allowed to sit and sleep on the floor of the lobby, while the security guard tried his best to organise cabs not only for us, but for everyone else who was also stranded (some of whom were quite drunk and difficult to manage!).

The high level if hospitality shown by this hotel was remarkable. They could have easily turned us away, however they didn't which I think reflects the spirit of the staff who work for the Holiday Inn. Having not paid for any services in this hotel I can only imagine, judging purely on the hospitality and appearance of the hotel, that to stay in a room would be far from a disappointing experience. I will surely be booking a room if I ever return to the O2!!

Myself and 2 friends were stranded after the snow fell on saturday night and there was absolutely no way of getting transport home from the O2 arena. We made our way to the Hoilday Inn where there were hundreds of others in the same situatuion as us and although there were no rooms available, the staff allowed us to stay in their lounge/bar area where we could get drinks and snacks and use toilets. The staff were under extreme pressure but went out of the way to help us in chaotic circumstances, trying to organise cabs etc. It was such a relief to be out of the bitter cold into the warmth and we are just so so grateful that they were willing to help out. We really dont know what we would have done for 6 hours in those bitter conditions if the Holiday inn had not let us in.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night whilst attending a show at the O2. Room was fine clean and smart with tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom a little on the snug side but with great shower.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful and check in and out was swift considering it was very busy.

Breakfast felt a bit like queuing in the works canteen but the food was very nice, without having a huge choice.

I would recommend this hotel for a short stay with it's proximity to the O2, good value compared to a lot of average London hotels
