I stayed here for two nights and it was the perfect base for a weekend in London with friends. It is situated on a quiet square less than 5 minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station and about 2 minutes walk from a street with a huge selection of restaurants (and around 3 pubs).
The room itself was fine. Spacious, with a separate hallway and a good sized bathroom. The shower was powerful and always had hot water. There were tea/coffee facilities in the room and a tv. We found the room cold at times, and some of extra blankets seemed a bit worn and stained. Also, we were directly below the breakfast room and were woken up each morning at around 6am when people started walking above us.
The breakfast consisted of tea, coffee, toast, cornflakes, rice krispies, and orange juice, but this suited us perfectly. The breakfast room itself was a little cramped with long, shared tables (we got trapped in the corner one morning and had to make a whole line of people get up to let us out). I suppose the best way to describe the hotel is like a small, cosy hostel with private, basic hotel rooms, but this was exactly what we wanted and I would definitely stay here again.
Room Tip: Triple room in basement was affected by noise from the breakfast room in the morning.
